What we do for you
আমরা নিশ্চিত করি আমাদের পণ্য দূষণ, ক্ষতিকারক রাসায়নিক এবং প্রিজারভেটিভ মুক্ত এবং অপ্রয়োজনীয় অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক বা ক্ষতিকারক সিন্থেটিক কীটনাশক এবং ভেষজনাশক মুক্ত। আপনার অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে আমরা তাজা পণ্যই উৎপাদন বা সংগ্রহ করি। (We make sure our products are FREE from added contaminants, chemicals and preservatives, were NOT on unnecessary antibiotics or harmful synthetic pesticides & herbicides. We FRESHLY Harvest, Produce or Fish after you order.)

Product Collection
আমাদের নিজস্ব খামার ছাড়াও, আমরা মানসম্পন্ন উৎসগুলি খুব সাবধানেই নির্বাচন করি। আমাদের স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধিরা নিশ্চিত করেন যে আপনাদের কাছে আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতিগুলি সর্বত্র বজায় রাখা হয়েছে। (Apart from our own farm, we cherry pick our finest sources very carefully. Our local representatives make sure our commitments are maintained from point zero to all the way.)
Product Transportation
আমরা পণ্যের নির্বিঘ্ন পরিবহন নিশ্চিত করি। আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার হল পণ্যগুলি আপনার কাছে হস্তান্তর না করা পর্যন্ত তার সতেজতা বজায় রাখা। আমরা আপনাকে আশ্বস্ত করছি - আমরা যা প্রতিজ্ঞা করছি, তা বজায় রাখতে আমরা সদাসচেষ্ট। (We confirm seamless transportation of products. Our priority is to keep the freshness of the products alive till its handed over to you. We assure you - we maintain what we say.)
Final Check

Packaging
আমাদের প্যাকিং এখনো সেরা না - এই ব্যাপারে আমরা জানি। কিন্তু আমরা এটি নিয়ে কাজ করছি। আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি - আপনার পণ্যগুলি নষ্ট হবে না বা লিক হবে না। আমরা পরিবেশের কথাও বিবেচনা তে রেখে উন্নত প্যাকেজিংয়ের অগ্রাধিকার দিতে চিন্তা-ভাবনা করছি অচিরেই। (Our packing may not be the best but we are working on it. However, we promise - products won't go off or leak. We consider environment. And priority of improved packaging is our one of the priorities).

গ্রাহকদের অর্ডার নেওয়া হয় - বুধবার থেকে পরের সপ্তাহের মঙ্গলবার পর্যন্ত (৭ দিন)। মঙ্গলবার রাতেই সকল গ্রাহক এর অর্ডার প্রসেস করে, আমরা বৃহস্পতিবার মাছ ধরা কিংবা পণ্য উৎপাদন ও সংগ্রহ করি। বৃহস্পতিবার দিনই আপনার পণ্য প্রক্রিয়াজাত (পণ্যমান ও ওজন check করে প্যাক করা) করি, ডেলিভারির ব্যবস্থা করি বৃহস্পতিবার দিনই (আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী) সকাল বেলা কিংবা সযত্নে সংরক্ষণ করে, শুক্রবার দিন (আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী) ডেলিভারি দেই সকাল বেলা। আমরা শুক্রবার সকালে ডেলিভারি করি। আমরা আমাদের কোনও গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে ডেলিভারির জন্য কোনও চার্জ নিই না। (Customer Order Placement starts from Wednesdays to next week Tuesdays (7 Days). After processing all customers’ order, we produce / harvest / catch fish (for fresh products) on Thursdays. We process your product (quality + weight check and then packing) on Thursdays. We also deliver on Thursday Morning (your preference). Or we carefully preserve and deliver on Friday mornings (your preference). By the way, we do not charge for delivery from any of our customers).

ঢাকা - এই মুহূর্তে আমাদের সেবা প্রদান এর প্রাথমিক কেন্দ্রবিন্দু। ঢাকা শহরের সকল এলাকায় আমাদের পরিষেবা সম্প্রসারণের সুযোগ রয়েছে। আমাদের সীমিত সক্ষমতার কারণে আমরা শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে মনোনিবেশ করতে চাই। আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবার মান বজায় রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। (Dhaka is our primary focal area. We have our plans to expand our service gradually. We want to concentrate on only Dhaka due to our limited capabilities. We are committed to maintain our service standard).
Pricing
খুচরা খাদ্য উপাদানের বাজারে, দাম প্রতিদিন ওঠানামা করতে পারে। আমরা চেষ্টা করি যাতে আমাদের পণ্যের মূল্য, যেকোনো খুচরা বাজার বা শপিং মলের চেয়ে কম থাকে। তাছাড়া, যদি আপনার অর্ডারের দিন এবং ডেলিভারির দিনের মধ্যে বাজার মূল্য বৃদ্ধি পায়, তাহলে আমাদের website এ যে মূল্য দেয়া ছিল, তা কোনোক্রমেই বাড়বে না। (In retail food ingredient market, price may fluctuate day to day basis. But we promise that our price for any item is lower than that of any retail bazaar or any standard shopping malls (on that day). Moreover, if the market price increases in between your order day and delivery day, we will not increase the price).
How we take your order
(১) আমাদের অনলাইন স্টোরের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করুন (এই ওয়েবসাইটের header এ "Order Now" ট্যাব)। অথবা, (২) আপনি আমাদের ই-মেইল করতে পারেন: order@greenbondbd.com আমরা কিন্তু অনলাইনে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট নিই না এবং ডেলিভারির পরে কেবল নগদে পেমেন্ট নেই। এবং আমরা কোনও ডেলিভারি চার্জ নিই না। আমরা শীগ্রই তিন / চার মাস এর মদ্ধেই ডেলিভারির পরে কার্ড পেমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা ও চালু করার চিন্তা ভাবনা করছি, ডেলিভারির পরে নগদ পেমেন্ট ব্যবস্থা এর পাশাপাশি। (1) Please order through our online store (Order Now Tab on the Header on this website). OR Alternatively, (2) you can email us: order@greenbondbd.com For your information, we do not take advance payments online and only cash after delivery. And we do not take any delivery charge. By the way, we are considering starting card payment system along with cash payment system after delivery in next 3/4 months.

We are going to bring fresh vegetables very soon including other necessary grocery products. Our product price is not more than those of our competitors in the market. In our socioeconomic and financial structure, farmers can't reap the value of their hard work as they do not have access to the retail market. We try to procure straight from the farmers with premium price. But don't you worry. Our price will NEVER exceed the price of major retail market or of standard shopping malls (on that day).

We are excited to go for community events for children once every two months.
